  • 250 ml cherry compote (or diluted cherry juice)
  • 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
  • Salt and pepper

Quick cherry sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons full of cherry jam
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) dry red wine
  • zest of 1/2 lemon juice + 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Rice with almonds:

  • 100 g of rice mixed
  • 4 tablespoons almond flakes
  • Optional 40 g of blue mold cheese (Gorgonzola, Roquefort, azure)

Pear in cinnamon:

  • 2 pears
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
