  • 1/2 cup of cooked millet
  • 60 g blue cheese (I used sheep, may be a cow or goat)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 sprig of chives


  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Turmeric
  • Hot pepper powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Honey or maple syrup


  • 2 servings of lettuce or salad mix
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1 ripe avocado, cut into cubes
  • 4 brussels sprout
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seed

Vinaigrette dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
