  • Piece of green fresh cucumber
  • Pieces of lime for sprinkling

Marinade for shrimp:

  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chilies (or to taste)
  • 1 heaped teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon curry paste (optional)

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
