  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add the sugar, butter, salt and 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
  2. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  3. Punch dough down. Turn onto a floured surface; divide into 16 pieces. Shape each into a ball. Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with tin foil, not to touch the dough ball to avoid any brown spot, & bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Remove from pans to wire racks & let roll cool completely.
  5. Using kitchen knife, slice the roll to half, just 2/3 the way to keep 2 half stick together, add strawberry red jam.
  6. Melt 1 bar of milk chocolate, add to zip log bag, trim off the tip to make a small hole, & decor the bread, make a skeleton face. Let it cool & serve!
