Roasted Turkey Breast With Gravy Dressing Sauce – Thanksgiving Authentic Recipe

  1. Add turkey breastΒ to the pot, add 2 teaspoons of salt, pour cold water (from the tap) and let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Put the marinade ingredients into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute, let stand off the heat and let cool.
  3. Remove turkey from the water and dry with paper towels. Put it in an airtight zip log bagΒ and pour the cooled marinade, put in the fridge. Leave for the night, longer if you need to & turn the bag for well coat the breast.
  4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Remove the turkey from the bag, pour marinade into a bowl, set aside. Place the meat in baking tray, pour the boiling water height of about 1/2 – 1 cm and put in the oven. Bake for 80 minutes. During cooking pour the remaining marinade, approximately every 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the meat in the oven, cover with foil and let stand for at least 15 minutes. Later, you can begin to cut the roast.

To make sandwiches or salad gravy dressing sauce:

  1. Put a saucepan with the sauce on the stove, stirring every now and then heat until the sauce reduces to (thickens). Pour intoΒ a bowl to collect everything that was left on the plate. Let it cool.
  2. Combine theΒ reduced sauce with mayonnaise, dark soy sauce and maple syrup.
