Spinach Frying Cheese Salad – Vegetarian Diet Food & Healthy Weight Loss Tip


  • 1 cup cooked quinoa (quinoa), of any color, I used black
  • 1/3 cup flaked almonds, fried in pan until golden brown
  • Handful of baby spinach salad
  • 1/2 bunch radishes
  • 200 grams of cheese for frying (eg. Greek halloumi – to buy in the deli, oscypek Polish, Portuguese Palhais – mature goat’s cheese – I used this exact)
  • For the salad dressing: extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup or honey, salt and pepper
